Sponsorship

We are seeking monetary and physical donations for our initiative. Any donation will be recognized on our website, event posters, social media posts, and event blog posts.

On Monday, August 3, we will participate in Exchange Day, a nationwide celebration of the power of international exchanges. 

Exchange Day event will take place at the Osprey Shelter in Stanley Park on August 3 at 11:30AM. Exchange Day events are structured around the tagline Eat. Play. Give. We will be hosting a picnic BBQ with field day games. In addition, we will be creating friendship bracelets to donate to children in hospitals. 

We are kindly requesting monetary or in-kind donations from the community to support this event. Sponsors will be recognized on the event signage, on our website, and on our blog.

Volunteer

We invite community members to lead cultural activities for our exchange visitors, help facilitate our larger events, hand out event flyers around town, and/or offer transportation to our events.

Cultural activity ideas we would love to develop include the following, but we are open to designing events around what you want to share about Estes Park and American culture.
